IREN seeks someone with 5-7 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT management to spearhead our risk assessment programs. Your expertise in FedRAMP, NIST 800-53 controls, and audit processes will enable you to develop impactful governance solutions. Build strong relationships with technical experts and executive teams to enhance our compliance posture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Spearhead enterprise-wide risk assessments to recommend mitigation strategies
• Create and maintain governance frameworks to meet compliance needs
• Oversee FedRAMP program execution and coordination with external partners
• Lead preparation of essential FedRAMP documentation and security plans
• Engage in Third-Party Risk Management efforts and vendor reviews
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Security or equivalent
• 5-7 years’ experience in relevant fields
• Successful track record in FedRAMP authorizations
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Relevant certifications like CISM or CRISC strongly preferred
