Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care including first aid and medication administration
• Engage and supervise children in groups of up to 15
• Plan play-based learning activities per YMCA standards

Requirements:
• At least 18 years of age
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Availability for a minimum of two shifts weekly
• Robust interpersonal skills with families and staff
• Ability to lift up to 20 kg and work outdoors
