The selected Change Management Specialist will engage for over 7 months with potential extensions, focusing on significant change management functions. Your role will involve formulating strategies, managing change impacts, and delivering targeted training and communication. With a strong foundation in change management methodologies, you will guide both leaders and teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead structured change management activities across projects
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and readiness assessments




• Support the creation of communication and training materials
• Coach project teams and manage resistance to change
• Develop plans that include resistance management strategies

Requirements:
• Prosci (ADKAR) and/or CCMP certification
• A minimum of 8 years in project management roles
• At least 10 years of experience in change management
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Familiarity with project lifecycle management
