As the Strategic Finance Lead, you will work closely with the CFO and executive team, harnessing extensive experience in FP&A.; This role is designed for candidates with a strong background in strategic finance within high-growth tech or crypto sectors. You will build the financial operating system and influence critical investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead annual and quarterly business planning cycles
• Own operational and driver-based financial models
• Partner with executives on resource allocation strategies
• Prepare board materials and investor updates
• Develop scenario models for omnichain growth

Requirements:
• 4-8+ years in FP&A; or strategic finance
• Experience in high-growth tech, fintech, or crypto
• Strong financial modeling and leadership skills
• Proficient in NetSuite or similar ERPs
