The company seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to manage forecasting and variance analysis related to cash compensation and stock-based compensation. You will partner with various teams, improving equity grant assumptions and addressing data integrity within Workday. Your role includes supporting monthly close processes and ensuring accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own forecasting for cash compensation and SBC
• Collaborate on equity grant assumptions and expenses
• Support monthly and annual close processes
• Drive improvements in compensation forecasting modules
• Prepare analysis and reports for executive review

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in financial analysis
• Proficient in Gsheets and Excel for modeling
• Organized and detail-oriented problem solver
• Strong interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration
• Experience with Equity/Stock Based Compensation preferred
