In this vital role, you will be responsible for supervising the maintenance crew and ensuring optimal operation of HVAC systems. You will focus on preventive and corrective maintenance, alongside managing contractors and enhancing productivity in a secure work environment with the goal of maximizing asset performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership to the assigned maintenance crew, including contractors
• Enhance preventive maintenance programs for efficiency
• Coordinate and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
• Help organize and procure inventory parts
• Train crew on safe work practices and procedures
Requirements:
• Proven experience in maintenance supervision
• Expertise in HVAC and utility systems
• Strong organizational skills in maintenance scheduling
• Background in inventory parts management
• Knowledge of timekeeping with Kronos Pay System
