In this hands-on position, you will oversee the general upkeep of The Salvation Army facilities, performing maintenance and minor renovations. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct minor repairs, including plumbing and electrical
• Oversee preventative maintenance for building systems




• Coordinate with contractors and manage project specifications
• Keep detailed logs of maintenance tasks and safety checks
• Ensure external property maintenance, including landscaping

Requirements:
• Completed High School education and WHMIS training
• 1-2 years of maintenance or custodial experience
• Valid BC driver's license required
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
