Affirm is seeking a Lead Validator for Finance and Analytics models within the Model Risk Management team. You will independently validate diverse financial and analytic models, lead high-complexity engagements, and collaborate across Finance, Quant Research, Growth Analytics, and Audit to improve model governance.
Ideal candidates bring 4–6 years in model validation or quantitative analytics, with robust programming (Python/SQL) and data handling skills, and a PhD/MS/BS in a quantitative field.
