This role is responsible for directing comprehensive engineering functions to support the efficient development of the AEX underground mine. Your expertise in planning and execution will enable successful collaboration with the site team and mining contractors while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You will be key in aligning mining strategies with long-term production goals and supporting a culture of continual improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive underground mine plans for safe operation
• Finalize engineering processes with mining contractors




• Provide engineering data for life-of-mine design
• Mentor junior engineers on best practices
• Analyze performance data for continual improvement

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mine Engineering, P. Eng. eligible
• A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of underground mining software and AutoCAD
• Solid background in drilling, blasting, and excavation
• Experience in project management and execution
