You’ll assist in guiding crews, reading grade sheets, and ensuring safety protocols. Ideal candidates are hard-working and able to thrive in physically demanding environments, ready to contribute to a culture of safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support pipelayers by reading grade sheets accurately
• Set up batter boards for project alignment
• Aid in leading work crews effectively
• Conduct prep work and track lines for efficiency
• Promote adherence to safety measures and protocol

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Lead Hand role
• Proficient with shooting grades using Rod and Level
• Valid Driver’s License with clean abstract
• CSA-approved steel-toed boots required
• Personal reliable vehicle essential
