This position within WTW's Retirement consulting team involves working on various client projects that require you to analyze data, design retirement plans, and communicate effectively. You'll gain practical experience in the field while working towards your accredited actuarial designation, all in a supportive team setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and assess retirement program options for clients
• Conduct asset/liability modeling and pension valuations
• Support completion of plan reporting and compliance tasks
• Review plan documentation and perform benefit calculations
• Collaborate with consultants across various projects
Requirements:
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in actuarial science or related field
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 required
• Strong analytical and client service skills
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
