In this full time, temporary position, you'll report to the Disability Income Assistance Team Lead and guide Assessors in a high-volume setting. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead application processing for service standard adherence
• Provide coaching and support to Assessors

Requirements:
• High school diploma with four years relevant experience
• Supervisory experience within a contact center favored
• Understanding of AISH program criteria and legislation
