Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a primary care nurse for renal transplant patients
• Provide timely administration of prescribed medical treatments
• Oversee patient discharge and care coordination
• Communicate proficiently with multidisciplinary teams
• Manage multiple patient care demands efficiently
Requirements:
• Completion of a recognized Registered Nursing educational program
• Active registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba
• CPR certification following employer guidelines
• Relevant nursing experience is an asset
• Skill in exercising independent judgment in clinical settings
