Be a key player at Borea Construction as a Field Engineer, overseeing solar and wind energy projects. Ensure compliance and quality standards are met in office.

In this crucial role, you will work closely with the Project Manager and various team members to manage installation phases and enforce quality standards at construction sites. Your expertise in engineering will directly influence the efficiency of energy projects while participating in safety and quality assurance initiatives. This position requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage project documentation accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and manage contracts for subcontractors
• Oversee compliance inspections and quality checks
• Track material purchases and inventory




• Collaborate with various stakeholders in project execution
• Facilitate problem resolution and quality improvements

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical)
• 2 to 5 years’ field experience preferred
• Strong communication and team management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools required
• Valid driving license necessary
