This position focuses on supervising daily construction activities while planning subcontractor work methods and schedules. You will ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety practices. A significant aspect of your role involves mentoring team members and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders involved.
Key Responsibilities:
• Aid in site management and construction operations
• Oversee subcontractor schedules and performance
• Ensure compliance with project drawings and specifications
• Maintain documentation and safety records
• Lead weekly construction and safety meetings
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in large-scale projects
• Knowledge of Ontario Building Code
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software
• Must hold a valid class G driver’s license
