Class 5 Driver/Inside Sales Rep (full time) The Inside Sales Representatives receive and process client walk-in or phone orders, inquiries, and / or issues covering items or products ordered along with showroom sales and inquiries from walk-in clients. Accountable for meeting sales targets associated with Linde Canada packaged gas business.
What you will enjoy doing* You will efficiently processcustomer orders and respond to walk-in and telephone sales inquiries
In addition, you will sellgases and welding products to both walk-in and telephone customers
Focus on up-selling gases andother welding products to customers in person and over the phone
You shall process all cash,charge, and credit card orders, amending orders as needed for invoicing
Maintain local inventorycontrol and manage branch stock, including surplus inventory for hardgoods and cylinders
Complete end-of-day, week, andmonth processes including SOX reports, the Big 5 Report, open orders, andworkbench tasks
Be accountable for the shippingand receiving of customer orders and branch transfers
In this role, you will assistcustomers with welding applications and product selection to ensure Lindeproducts meet their requirements
You will be completing deliveries within 100km radius at 40%capacity while supporting Branch functions at 60% capacity
You will perform customer onsite audits to ensure companycompliances are being met

You have a work history focusedon customer satisfaction
Demonstrate the ability toup-sell effectively
Knowledge of the weldingindustry and processes is preferred




Proficient in a computerenvironment with intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft OfficeSuite
Further, you have experience inworking in a safety-conscious team setting
Able to lift up to 60 lbs
Class 5A endorsed license is preferred while Class 3A is an asset
