Nöord Technologies is seeking an experienced Data Administrator for its banking client in Montreal. You will play a vital role in finalizing counterparty setups, data reconciliation, and on-boarding processes. This position emphasizes robust organizational skills and a keen attention to detail to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with KYC and Patriot Act regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Finalize setup of new counterparties in KYC system
• Review daily reconciliations of client data consistency
• On-board clients to electronic platforms
• Manage client user access and address changes
• Collect and validate Tax Certifications in internal systems
Requirements:
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
• University degree in Finance or related field
• Minimum 2 years of financial institution experience
• Fluency in English; French is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
