As part of TTM Technologies' Toronto operations, the Final Inspection Supervisor will directly oversee the afternoon shift while also being responsible for the night shift. Your leadership will ensure accurate inspections and adherence to quality standards within the manufacturing process. Collaborate with multiple departments to facilitate seamless product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Final Inspection teams during afternoon hours
• Guarantee compliance with quality procedures across shifts
• Provide training and supervision to inspection staff




• Monitor inspection results and document discrepancies
• Champion continuous improvement efforts in quality assurance

Requirements:
• 3–5 years in quality control or PCB inspection
• Supervisory experience is highly desirable
• Deep understanding of quality documentation processes
• Solid leadership communication skills
• Proficiency in computer documentation tools
