Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with all daily living activities
• Participate in palliative and end-of-life care
• Document resident needs and care interventions
• Ensure cleanliness and adequate supplies are available
• Help residents with mobility and support during meals

Requirements:
• Successful completion of Health Care Aide program
• Active registration with College of LPNs and HCAs of Alberta
• CPR and First Aid certifications required
• Experience in residential or mental health settings preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively and work independently
