Reporting to the Manager of Strategic Communications, you will be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that foster collaboration and drive results. This position emphasizes audience engagement through compelling storytelling and analytics-driven improvements, reinforcing the organization's role in enhancing mental health services across Ontario.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute communications plans aligned with the Knowledge Institute’s goals
• Enhance engagement by identifying strategic communication opportunities
• Evaluate effectiveness and incorporate feedback into future efforts
• Build strong relationships to support project planning
• Produce clear, audience-focused content for various channels
Requirements:
• Background in strategic communications or similar field
• Experience in creating engaging content
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating communication success
• Excellent writing and editing capabilities
• Team-oriented and proactive in working with diverse teams
