Join our community-focused group home as a Life Skills Coach, providing vital support to clients with diverse needs. You'll implement workshops that foster essential life skills while promoting independence.With a Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of experience, this role involves appraising client needs and facilitating workshops in a supportive environment. Solid interpersonal abilities and a passion for client-focused service are essential.Key Responsibilities:- Assess client’s skill strengths and development needs- Prepare case histories and necessary reports- Supervise group home client activities and appointments- Implement life skills and behaviour management programs- Collaborate with various agencies for client supportRequirements:- Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of experience- NVCI and First Aid certifications required- Must hold a valid driver’s license- Demonstrates initiative and client focus- Capable of heavy lifting exceeding 100 lbsHelp empower clients through workshops and supervision, ensuring they have the tools needed for independence.#J-18808-Ljbffr
