To learn more, visit clutch.Ca.About the role:We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Team Lead, Car Detail to oversee the final stage of our vehicle production process, also known as the Vehicle Quality Readiness (VQR) Department. In this role, you will lead daily last-mile operations, manage the movement of completed vehicles from the assembly line to staging areas, and ensure vehicles are properly prepared for delivery to our clients while supporting team performance and operational efficiency.What you’ll do:Lead and coordinate the movement of vehicles within the production facility,



ensuring efficient flow from assembly to stagingOversee final inspections and confirm vehicles are properly prepped for shipment, including any necessary adjustments, detailing, or cleaningProvide day-to-day guidance, support, and task prioritization for VQR AssociatesMonitor quality standards and resolve or escalates production or delivery issues as neededCollaborate with production, detailing, and shipping teams to meet delivery schedules and customer deadlinesSupport continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workflow, safety, and efficiencyWhat we’re looking for:Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to lead in a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience in vehicle detailing, inspection, quality control, automotive production, or logisticsDemonstrated leadership, coaching, or team coordination experienceExcellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skillsMinimum G2 License with a clean driver’s recordPost-secondary education preferredAbility to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, including overtime based on business needsOther items to note:Communication: Provide clear, professional updates to team members and managementProblem Resolution/Analysis: Identify, troubleshoot,
