You’ll engage with a team of ten employees, manage a $5 million operating budget, and drive continuous improvement in essential services. Your role includes significant autonomy in capital investments and strategic infrastructure planning.

Key Responsibilities:



• Ensure effective operations of water and wastewater facilities • Lead and support a team of ten employees • Prepare and manage operational and capital budgets • Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements • Plan and coordinate emergency responses for service disruptions

Requirements: • 5+ years of management experience, preferably in a unionized setting • Relevant post-secondary education in engineering or related field • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Bilingual in English and French • Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
