Robert Half is working with a client to find a skilled Controller to join their team.

This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and month-end/year-end close Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with company policies and applicable accounting standards Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes Maintain and strengthen internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance Manage cost accounting processes, including inventory, labor, overhead, and job costing Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making Monitor project and contract financial performance within construction operations Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and regulatory requirements Develop and mentor accounting staff while improving processes and reporting efficiency Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, project managers, and executive leadership
