What will you do?
Understand how powder coat painting works

Operate the Blast Booth

Operate hand tools, grinders, air sanders, and paint guns

Operate all facets of the paint ovens

Operate the air compressor

Read and comprehend blueprints

Maintain valuable housekeeping practices

Ensure quality, as outlined in our Quality Manual, is inherent in all tasks performed





What do you need to succeed?
Minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent education

Minimum of 2 years of paint and finishing experience; preference given to powder coating

Basic reading, writing and math skills

The ability to understand production instructions and drawings

Strong organizational skills
