Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with their daily needs effectively • Enforce rules and guidelines with consistency • Document incidents and significant occurrences thoroughly • Maintain a secure atmosphere within the facility • Participate in training and staff meetings regularly
Requirements: • High School Completion Diploma mandatory • Six months of related experience required • First Aid/CPR certification needed • Criminal Records Check is essential • Ability to work under pressure and in crises
