Here is a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities that will fall to you:
Supporting stakeholders in the analysis and definition of needs as well as in the choice of technological solutions
Perform feasibility studies, positioning analyses and detailed design activities
Recommend technological orientations and solutions adapted to business needs
Develop and apply conceptual and logical models as well as integration strategies
Ensure cross-cutting coordination between the various stakeholders and the bodies concerned
Coordinate the operational activities necessary to maintain and evolve the solutions
Guarantee the quality, performance, reliability and availability of systems
Solve complex problems and act as a technical reference for the teams
Support development teams in the application of software development best practices
Anticipate technological innovations and assess their impact on solutions and teams
The profile sought is as follows: Have a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in software development




Demonstrate significant experience in technical leadership and coaching development teams
Master cloud computing environments and understand their impact on development practices
Apply continuous integration, delivery and deployment mechanisms
Use the principles of clean architecture, clean code, and design patterns
Have a thorough knowledge of VB.NET, C# .NET, Java 8 or later, Maven, and Git
Leverage Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Data, SQL, and MapStruct in solution development
Design REST application programming interfaces and SOAP services with Apache CXF
Use Azure DevOps to support the planning, integration, and deployment of solutions
Communicate effectively and popularize complex technical concepts to different audiences
Demonstrate influence as well as excellent planning, coordination and priority management skills
Be able to work in hybrid mode two days a week in the office
