Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Manager of Security in daily operations
• Implement and maintain safety protocols for guests and staff
• Train and manage performance of Security personnel
• Monitor security systems and controlled access areas
• Maintain detailed reports of incidents for documentation

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of Security experience at Blue Mountain
• Valid Ontario Security and Driver’s Licenses
• First Aid and CPR certifications required
• Proficient with MS Office and security monitoring tools
• Solid leadership and communication skills
