As a key member of the Leadership team, the Accounting Manager will be responsible for comprehensive accounting processes, month-end and year-end closings, and internal compliance. You will collaborate closely with department managers and external advisors to enhance financial performance and support continued growth. Your expertise will be integral in budgeting, forecasting, and optimizing accounting workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle accounting and U.S. entity operations
• Prepare month-end and year-end closing procedures




• Collaborate on complex accounting issues with the Controller
• Lead financial statement preparation and variance analyses
• Drive improvements in internal controls and financial reporting

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• CPA designation with 5+ years of progressive experience
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities
• Solid understanding of US GAAP and ASPE
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Excel
