As a Patient Care Specialist on a 12-month contract, your role is pivotal in enhancing patient experiences within the Specialty Health Network. You will act as the single contact for patients in a support program, ensuring efficient service delivery and strong communication. Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main contact for enrolled patients and their physicians

Requirements:
• College Diploma or University degree required
• 2-3 years experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical settings
• Solid computer skills, MS Office, CRM experience an asset
