You will report to the AI Engineering Lead within the Residential Underwriting Product Squad. Your role centers on building AI-enabled workflows which cover document extraction, policy interpretation, and retrieval-augmented generation. Collaboration with subject matter experts is key to translate business rules into effective AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design AI workflows for mortgage use cases
• Translate business rules into modular prompts
• Build on shared AI Factory services across Azure
• Develop production-quality code using Python and SQL
• Create evaluation datasets and analysis feedback

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 5+ years of software or machine learning engineering
• Hands-on experience with AI solutions
• Proficient in Python, SQL, and CI/CD practices
• Strong collaborative skills with cross-functional teams
