This permanent full time role reports directly to the General Manager. As the District Operations Manager, your leadership will shape safe and efficient workflows, while prioritizing continuous improvement across facilities. You will leverage strong communication skills to coordinate cross-functional collaboration among operations managers and other staff to meet district goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all trucking and facility operations for efficiency
• Ensure standardization of procedures aligned with corporate objectives
• Educate managers on maintaining a culture of safety




• Develop consistency and implement best practices across sites
• Conduct performance check-ins with managers and supervisors

Requirements:
• Strong interpersonal skills for guiding personnel
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office and fleet software
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed
• Waste industry experience is an asset
