Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development of integrated employee wellness programs

• Conduct research to enhance program design and experience
• Develop marketing strategies to promote participation

Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in a health-related field
• Minimum 3 years of wellness program experience
• Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification required
• Solid organizational and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
