Part of the Trotter & Morton Group of Companies, Trotter & Morton Facility Services provides 24/7 preventive and predictive mechanical system maintenance and repair to condominiums, commercial, and institutional buildings.

We are looking to hire hard-working and committed individuals who will contribute to our team of experienced technicians by bringing their willingness to learn and high-quality workmanship to every job. We are currently looking for a Service Plumber to join our team!

Roles and Responsibilities

Review work orders that include identification of the problem, determine required services and pick up replacement parts

Perform plumbing repairs on a large and diverse housing inventory that includes apartments, townhouses, commercial, industrial, and semi-detached units

Make recommendations on more extensive plumbing issues

Identify other unit deficiencies and report to Service Manager

Provide professional level of customer service to tenants

May prepare work estimates for clients

Accountable for the delivery of high customer service excellence levels

Responsible for sustaining high customer satisfaction levels

Other duties as required

Required Skills





Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy

Ability to take orders and instructions

Ability to prioritize workloads

Utilizes planning & time management skills to adhere to strict deadlines

Strong work ethic and positive team attitude

Required Experience

Journeyman Plumbing Ticket and a minimum B Gas

Boiler experience

Trade Certification/ Red Seal

Service Experience

Valid class 5 license and be able to provide a clean 5 year driving abstract
