This full-time role will enable you to partner with leadership on critical HR programs aimed at recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention. Key Responsibilities:
• Drive end-to-end recruitment and employee onboarding
• Support employee engagement and experience initiatives
• Gather and analyze HR data for insightful reporting
• Collaborate on HR project management and effectiveness
• Develop materials for HR programs to assist staff

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Human Resources or equivalent
• CHRP certification underway or obtained
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in HR
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Mining industry knowledge is beneficial
