Become a key player at Convergint as a Journeyman Sheet Metal Worker, supporting the Suncor Base Plant in Fort McMurray. This role requires installing, repairing, and maintaining sheet metal systems while prioritizing safety and quality.

Working on a 14/14 rotating shift, this position plays a vital role in ensuring that our industrial facilities operate efficiently. You will engage in hands-on tasks involving sheet metal systems and collaborate closely with HVAC mechanics. All compliance with safety standards is a must, guaranteeing the highest levels of workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:
• Install and repair various sheet metal components
• Measure, cut, and assemble sheet metal materials
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications




• Inspect systems for maintenance needs
• Coordinate with other trades on projects

Requirements:
• Journeyman Sheet Metal Worker Certificate from Alberta
• Clean Class 5 Driver's License necessary
• Experience in heavy industrial facilities is preferred
• Fall Protection Certification and other relevant training are assets
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
