As a Residential Director, you will ensure that quality, age-appropriate, and compliant services are provided to participants residing in 24-hour homes. You will manage budgets, oversee staff training, and maintain connections between participants, their families, and external agencies. Collaborating closely with supervisors, your role is essential for the safety and well-being of residents.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise multiple residential homes and SLS/ILS services
• Ensure compliance with agency and regulatory standards




• Develop and monitor program budgets effectively
• Train and evaluate staff to meet participant needs
• Build relationships with families and agencies

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related area
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
• Valid Residential Administrator Certificate in California
• Knowledge of service delivery systems
• CPR and First Aid certifications required
