Join Mount Washington Alpine Resort as a Snowboard Instructor & Trainer, focusing on lessons and staff training. This seasonal, full-time position runs from December through April, supporting adventure and community.

As a Level 3 or 4 instructor, you will coordinate and deliver training sessions, shadow lessons, and cultivate a positive learning setting. Your role includes leading meetings, maintaining training documentation, and compliance with resort standards, all while promoting exceptional guest service in a winter wonderland.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct snowboard staff training and mentorship sessions
• Facilitate morning meetings and organize training environments
• Update training and coaching logs accurately




• Create individualized training plans to enhance staff skills
• Provide snowboard lessons when not engaged in training

Requirements:
• At least Level 3 CASI certification with Evaluator status
• Effective communication skills and team collaboration
• Prior experience with children in a training context
• Valid criminal record check mandatory
• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
