This key role requires strong technical leadership as you manage the manufacturability of complex equipment designs. By working closely with teams across the organization, you will facilitate the development of practical solutions that meet operational efficiency and safety standards. Your expertise will be pivotal for Silent-Aire’s commitment to delivering tailored solutions for data centers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct DFM reviews ensuring designs are production-ready
• Identify assembly and safety risks in engineering designs
• Promote design standardization across projects
• Participate actively in peer and leadership design reviews
• Ensure adherence to drafting standards and compliance codes
Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
• At least 7 years in manufacturing or DFM roles
• Strong knowledge of PTC Creo 9 and engineering standards
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments
• Proven ability to mentor junior engineering staff
