Elevate procurement efficiency as the Procurement Supervisor, driving excellence in compliance and vendor management. This hands-on leadership role in a dynamic workplace ensures adherence to regulations while overseeing team activities.
As a Procurement Supervisor, you'll guide a team of three Procurement Specialists, prioritizing tasks and ensuring compliance with established procedures. You'll actively manage high-risk solicitations and critical contracts, combining leadership with direct procurement execution. Your expertise will enhance organizational efficiency and transparency in all acquisition processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor Procurement Specialists on key initiatives
• Negotiate contract terms with vendors and stakeholders
• Review solicitations for compliance with regulations
• Oversee all aspects of high-risk solicitations
• Assist in drafting procurement documents and reports
Requirements:
• Four years of experience in public procurement
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
• Knowledge of procurement regulations and policies
• Supervisory experience with performance evaluations
• Relevant certifications preferred (CPCM, CPM)
