Collaborating directly with the CFO, this position entails overseeing financial forecasting, accounting, and the management of finance teams. Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with CFO on financial strategy and long-range forecasts
• Direct budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
• Deliver management reports and board-level presentations




• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and audit readiness
• Lead finance team development and performance improvement

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 10+ years of finance experience with 3–5 years in leadership
• Experience in industrial distribution or wholesale setting
• Strong knowledge of Canadian ASPE and financial reporting
• Proficiency in financial modeling and ERP systems
