What You Will Be Doing

Deliver exceptional, personalized service aligned with luxury and MICHELIN Guide–recommended standards

Create a welcoming and engaging guest experience by anticipating needs and building genuine connections

Confidently present and serve food and beverage offerings, including cocktails, wine, sake, and RawBar selections

Provide knowledgeable recommendations and storytelling around cocktails, menu items, and live entertainment

Execute proper service standards, including order taking, table maintenance, and payment processing

Collaborate closely with bartenders, culinary teams, and hosts to ensure seamless service flow

Maintain a clean, organized, and polished service environment at all times

Uphold responsible alcohol service, health and safety standards, and brand service rituals

Support special events, live music nights, and high-volume service periods

Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:





Previous serving experience in a high‑volume lounge, cocktail bar, or luxury hospitality environment

Strong knowledge or interest in cocktails, wine, sake, and premium beverage service

A confident, professional, and guest‑focused approach to service

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
