In this role, you'll have the opportunity to grow professionally while being a key part of a customer-focused team. You will be responsible for educating clients about Reliance’s offerings and ensuring safety during installations. This position includes working with water heaters and HVAC equipment, and you’ll also be involved in training new team members.

Key Responsibilities:
• Install water heaters and tankless equipment per specifications
• Repair leaking water heaters and perform HVAC maintenance




• Create positive customer relations through communication
• Participate in mentoring new installers
• Generate leads to contribute to business growth

Requirements:
• G2 Gas Technician license is mandatory
• Class G Driver’s License required
• Robust diagnostic skills for residential HVAC
• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
