In this pivotal role, you'll work alongside the Art Director and Lead Character Artist, creating compelling characters that resonate with players. You'll utilize Unreal Engine 5, industry-standard tools, and sculpting techniques to deliver amazing character visuals. Collaboration with different departments will ensure cohesive player experiences and optimized art assets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Set visual targets and quality benchmarks for characters
• Create and optimize digital sculpts, textures, and hair grooming




• Assemble final character assets in Unreal Engine 5
• Collaborate with teams to enhance character integration
• Produce high-quality hair using XGen and other tools

Requirements:
• Over 5 years in the gaming or animation industry
• Experience with production of at least 1 AAA title
• Proficient in Maya, Unreal Engine, and PBR workflows
• Ability to create realistic digital hair
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and artistic direction
