You will coordinate care for critically ill patients requiring neurosurgical and oral & maxillofacial services. In this role, your leadership will guide a team in delivering patient-centered care while meeting high standards in a multidisciplinary setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and develop care plans for patients
• Manage daily operational responsibilities and staff allocation
• Ensure adherence to ward policies and standards
