Lead systems administration efforts as a Senior Systems Administrator for RLG, focusing on infrastructure reliability across diverse plant operations. Be a critical part of IT transformation.

This role offers seasoned professionals the chance to manage site infrastructure proactively, ensuring systems operate optimally while supporting ongoing acquisitions. You will serve as a key technical resource, contributing to enterprise-level projects and enhancing the organization's cybersecurity posture. Your input will be vital in mentoring less experienced colleagues and defining technical standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee infrastructure health at assigned plant sites
• Keep comprehensive documentation of systems and configurations
• Monitor infrastructure proactively with RLG tools




• Execute and communicate infrastructure changes effectively
• Resolve complex L3 issues independently and guide MSP

Requirements:
• 5+ years of IT infrastructure experience, especially multi-site
• Skills in Windows Server, VMware, and cybersecurity measures
• Proven ability to handle intricate systems issues independently
• Relevant education and/or certifications are valued
• Solid communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
