and guide members through complex processes.Responsibilities Advisory & Support Provide guidance and advice to employees regarding pension and advantages plan options, eligibility, and processes. Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.Administration Oversee the day-to-day administration of pension and benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, terminations, and retirements. Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely processing of transactions.Data Management Maintain and update databases with member information, including data from third-party plan administrators.
