Responsibilitiesinclude assisting with 3D modeling and design,conducting field investigations, and producing disciplinespecificdeliverables.

The Designer will work on a variety of architectural assignments,frequentlyon more than one project simultaneously, and will be expected to work closely with architecturaland engineering staffto ensure assignments are completed accurately and efficiently Responsibilities Generate design and construction models andassociateddocumentation, including floor and ceiling plans, elevations, sections and detailsutilizing Revit or other BIM software.

Generate drawings based on markups provided by Architectural staff.

Perform drawing reviews to confirm compliance with CRB Documentation Standards.

Work closely with





Engineeringand Construction personnel to develop and ensure coordinated designs.

Assistwith field investigations and information gathering Participate and contributeduringdrawing reviews, coordination meetings and quality checks.

Qualifications Accredited Skilled Degree in Architecture (,, and/or or Canadian / International equivalent)preferred Applicable Associate Degree or Technical Trade School Certification in conjunction with recommended minimum two years of demonstrated A/E/C firm experience accepted Preferred

Qualifications Proficiencyin Revitand

Microsoft

Officesuite Experience with

Enscape,Navisworks and AutoCAD Flexibility for moderate travelin support of project-basedortrainingactivities LEEDAccreditation,WELLCertificationorsimilar sustainabilitycredentials
