Are you passionate about bringing creative concepts to life through expert fabrication and finishing? We''re looking for a skilled Large Format Finishing & Fabrication Specialist who takes pride in producing high-quality visual solutions that exceed customer expectations.

In this hands-on role, you''ll work with cutting-edge large format printing, finishing, and fabrication equipment to create everything from retail displays and signage to trade show graphics, wall murals, window graphics, and custom promotional solutions.

You''ll join a collaborative team where craftsmanship, attention to detail, and continuous learning are highly valued.

What You''ll DoProduce high-quality finished products using a variety of large format finishing and fabrication techniques

Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot finishing equipment including cutters, laminators, routers, plotters, and other fabrication tools

Finish and assemble signage, displays, wall graphics, dimensional graphics, and custom marketing materials

Measure, cut, mount, laminate, trim, and package products to exact specifications

Review production files and job instructions to ensure accuracy and quality

Collaborate with production team members and project stakeholders to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations

Perform quality checks throughout production to ensure exceptional final results

Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient production setting

What You Bring

Experience in large format printing, finishing, signage production, fabrication,



or a related production environment

Strong knowledge of finishing materials, mounting methods, laminates, substrates, adhesives, and fabrication techniques

Experience operating production equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently

Ability to read production specifications and work accurately with measurements

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship

Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities

Ability to lift and move production materials and finished products as required

Job Type: Full-time, Permanentpensation range: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week.
