If you are someone who is highly motivated and looking for career growth.We are hiring for a Full-Time Meat Department Manager with a wage range of $50,000 - $60,000 in Alberta.Job Duties/Responsibilities:Inventory Management through weekly ordering, record & invoice maintenance, and leading quarterly inventory countsMerchandise products within refrigeration shelving and coffin case freezers for promotional and seasonal displaysSchedule Meat Department Team Members to ensure that production and customer needs are metEnsure company standards are met and department programs are followedAssist the Store Manager with recruiting while maintaining a high-performance work teamTrain, develop, and motivate Meat Department Team MembersResolve customer and Meat Department concerns and complaints,
